| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered August 30, 2007, in effect, to compel the facility where he is incarcerated to furnish him with the minutes of certain proceedings which were forwarded to the appellant by the Clerk of the court, for leave to reargue his prior motion which was to enlarge the judgment roll to include the minutes of certain proceedings to aid in the preparation of a supplemental pro se brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated March 1, 2010, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental pro se brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are, in effect, to compel the facility where the appellant is incarcerated to furnish him with the minutes of certain proceedings and for leave to reargue his prior motion which was to enlarge the judgment roll are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental pro se brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before July 26, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
