DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 6, 2009, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal, and to waive the filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's appendix and brief submitted to the Clerk of the court are accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 28, 2010, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
