Appeal by Carolyn Lutecia Taylor from a clerk's extract of a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated March 3, 2010.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a clerk's extract of a decree (see Rockman v Brosnan, 280 AD2d 591).
