The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Rafael A. Muojo, III, Appellant.

Motion by the Legal Aid Society to be relieved of representing appellant and to assign new counsel on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered November 2, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion by the Legal Aid Society to be relieved of representing appellant on the appeal is granted and ANDREW MACSKILL, ESQ., 1400 OLD COUNTRY ROAD, SUITE 309, WESTBURY, NEW YORK 11590 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society shall provide new counsel with all papers.
