Application by the respondents Town of Babylon Department of Assessment and Michael J. Bernard pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 9, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 11, 2010, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
