| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 31, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before August 2, 2010, the appellant shall either (1) notify the court that he is adopting the brief filed by his former counsel, (2) notify the court that he is adopting the brief filed by his former counsel, as supplemented by a supplemental brief, and serve and file a supplemental brief, or (3) serve and file a replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
