| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Ralph Michael Cestaro, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 3, 1993, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to R. Michael Cestaro.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Ralph Michael Cestaro to R. Michael Cestaro, effective immediately.
