Motion by respondent for an order directing the release of deposited funds on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 18, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by respondent for an order directing the release of funds deposited into the Civil Court is granted and the New York City Department of Finance is directed to release the funds on deposit in this matter to respondent Shui Lin Lee, less any lawful fees.
