The People of the State of New York, Respondent v Howard Salten, Appellant.

Motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal on an appeal from a jury verdict of the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, issued March 25, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal is granted.

No appeal lies from a jury verdict (see CPL 450.10; People v Pugh, 258 AD2d 674 [1999]).
