Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kelley Provo, Esq., dated April 9, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affirmation of Leslie Swift, Esq., dated April 14, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted and the stay granted by the Honorable Henry J. Scudder on September 9, 2009 is extended on the condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before September 22, 2010.
