It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the preliminary injunction contained in the order of the Supreme Court entered on May 7, 2010 and the temporary restraining order contained in the order of the Supreme Court entered on April 29, 2010 are both hereby vacated pending this Court's determination of the appeal taken herein.
