| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant for a change of venue of the trial of Suffolk County Indictment No. 2653/08 from the County Court, Suffolk County, to another county, to direct the appointment of a special prosecutor, and to stay the trial pending further discovery.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a change of venue of the trial is denied without prejudice to renewal after completion of the voir dire (see People v Boudin, 95 AD2d 463); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
