| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 19, 2010, to include the papers submitted in connection with a certain motion and cross motion for summary judgment in the above-entitled action.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the record on appeal is enlarged to include the following papers:
(1) notice of motion for summary judgment and affirmation of Joseph Henig both dated October 6, 2009, with annexed exhibits;
