| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Loriann Scheiner, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 17, 2003, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Loriann Branda.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Loriann Scheiner to Loriann Branda, effective immediately.
