ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from the order dated February 19, 2010, which was entered upon the default of the appealing party and no appeal lies from the order dated April 22, 2010, as it was entered on the appellant's consent (see CPLR 5511).
