The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Scott J. Grennon, Appellant.

Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Woodbury, Orange County, rendered September 1, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion by respondent for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief is granted and respondent shall have 21 days from the date of this order to serve and file the brief. Appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the date the respondent's brief is due to be served under this order.
