DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to compel the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, to file the record on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of said court, rendered September 15, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by appellant seeking to compel the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, to file the record on appeal with this court is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by August 6, 2010.
The record was filed with this court on May 10, 2010, rendering the motion moot.
