The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v John Stephens, Appellant.

Court's own motion to relieve Tigran Eldred, Esq., as counsel and assign Jacob Stevens, Esq., as counsel on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered November 10, 2009.

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that assigned counsel, Tigran Eldred, Esq., is relieved of representing appellant on the appeal and Jacob Stevens, Esq., is assigned as counsel pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that Tigran Eldred, Esq., shall provide Jacob Stevens, Esq., with all papers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
