Motion by appellant to vacate the order of this court dated March 16, 2010, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Woodbury, Orange County, rendered December 1, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal of the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by August 6, 2010.
