Motions by appellant to consolidate the above-captioned appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered, respectively, January 15, 2010, January 19, 2010, January 19, 2010, January 20, 2010 and January 8, 2010, and to stay all proceedings pending the determinations of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motions seeking to stay all proceedings pending the determinations of the appeals are granted on condition the appeals be perfected by August 6, 2010; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motions seeking to consolidate the above-captioned appeals are granted only to the extent that said appeals may be perfected with a single brief bearing all of the above-listed appeal numbers and that there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all the appeals at the same time; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before August 6, 2010, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeals, or respondents may move to dismiss the appeals on three days' notice, and may serve such applications in person.
