Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of so much of two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 20, 2010, and May 6, 2010, respectively, as allows the nonparty-respondent to sell the subject condominium units and pay the proceeds to the plaintiff-respondent, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
