Motion by the respondent to admit pro hac vice Richard S. Baron, Brian H. Phinney, and Marc P. Lawrence, attorneys in good standing in the State of Michigan, to represent the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated October 15, 2009, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to admit pro hac vice Richard S. Baron, Brian H. Phinney, and Marc P. Lawrence is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is denied as academic as the respondent served and filed its brief on May 26, 2010.
