Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on January 23, 2009,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Philip Lyons sworn to February 18, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 8, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date May 7, 2010 and inserting in its place the date July 27, 2010.
