Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals and extend its time to perfect the appeals taken from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Chautauqua on February 4, 2010 and March 29, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joseph A. Matteliano, Esq. dated May 12, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Mary S. Hajdu, Esq. dated May 13, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals from the orders entered February 4, 2010 and March 29, 2010 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and on the condition that appellant perfects the appeals on or before July 1, 2010, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is dismissed as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1000.12).
