On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 20, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted the defendant's motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, IDV Part, dated September 17, 2009, on the original papers, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 17, 2009", and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Rockland County, IDV Part, dated September 17, 2009".
