| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute an appeal from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 9, 2009, and October 21, 2009, respectively. By order on certification dated January 27, 2010, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and said counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the Clerk fo the court; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 24, 2010, John W. Casey, Esq., is directed to serve his client by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this order and shall file proof of such service with the Clerk of this court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the appellant without leave of the court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon her of a copy of this order; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 26, 2010, the appellant shall either perfect the appeal or move for the assignment of new counsel; and it is further,
ORDERED that former assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
