ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 19, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant pro se, on an appeal from an amended judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered April 8, 2010, is amended by deleting from the eighth decretal paragraph the address "17 Adams Street, Bedford Hills, New York 10537", and substituting therefor the address "20 Woodsbridge Road, Katonah, New York 10536."
