Motion to consolidate appeals and to remove appeal taken by notice of appeal dated July 28, 2009 from the
September 2010 term of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition
thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard
together. Appellant shall file and serve a supplemental record on appeal and brief on or before August 9, 2010, and it is
further
ORDERED that the motion to remove appeal taken by notice of appeal dated July 28, 2009 from the September 2010 term of
this Court is granted, without costs.
