It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected by June 30, 2010 and noticed for the September 2010 term. No further extension of time will be granted in this hold-over licensee proceeding. In the event of the appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The appeal shall be heard on the original record of the trial court.
