Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 4, 2010, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before July 2, 2010, upon proper papers, including the respondent-appellant's affidavit setting forth (1) the value of all real property owned by the respondent-appellant and (2) the amount of the liens encumbering that real property.
