| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue their prior motion to stay the trial in an action entitled Kupferberg v Sutton Park Consulting Group, Inc., pending in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, under Index No. 1263/08, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 24, 2010. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated May 17, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
