| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 29, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket Number 2008-09378), and two orders of the same court, both dated March 31, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Numbers 2009-04572 and 2009-04573), to direct a reconstruction hearing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before July 14, 2010, upon proper papers setting forth the dates of the proceedings for which a reconstruction hearing is sought.
