Application by the petitioners-respondents in Appeal No. 1 and the respondents-appellants in Appeal No. 2 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 2, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-04567), and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court dated December 23, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02295).
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 16, 2010, and the applicants' brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 67.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date.
