| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Joseph Paul Cyr, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 29, 1981, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Joe Cyr.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Joseph Paul Cyr to Joe Cyr, effective immediately.
