Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 2, 2009, to include the court files with respect to related proceedings commenced in the same court under Docket Nos. N-10397/05 and N-10398/05.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's assigned counsel shall subpoena the court files concerning the proceedings commenced in the Family Court, Suffolk County, under Docket Nos. N-10397/05 and N-10398/05.
