On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 14, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 5, 2010, is amended by deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph the name "Anza Feldman" and substituting therefor the name "Arza Feldman."
