It is Ordered that the petitioner's motion is granted to the extent of permitting the warrant of eviction to be executed after June 23, 2010, unless the appellant , by said date, has complied with the May 10, 2010 order of this Court. If the appeal is perfected and the accruing use and occupancy has been tendered, then the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay beyond June 23, 2010.
