Motion by the appellants-respondents to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 10, 2010, and a judgment of the same court dated May 3, 2010, and to stay cancellation of a certain notice of pendency, pending hearing and determination of appeals and a cross appeal therefrom.
