| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to direct the respondents to cease issuing restraining notices on payments earned by them pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 9, 2009, and a judgment of the same court entered September 25, 2009, to vacate the restraining notices already issued, and to calendar the appeals before June 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
