On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 16, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the appellants-respondents, on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 10, 2010, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated May 3, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Rockland County."
