Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 13, 2010, for leave to reargue the appellant's motion to stay enforcement of so much of the order as granted the respondent's motion to cancel a certain notice of pendency. The appellant's prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated May 20, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
