Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 12, 2010, pursuant to CPLR 5520, to deem a notice of appeal, which was timely filed, to be timely served, and to direct the Clerk of the Family Court, Suffolk County, and the Suffolk County Probation Department to make available for copying the Risk Assessment and Probation Reports filed in connection with the above-entitled matter.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the notice of appeal, which was timely filed, is deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Suffolk County, and the Suffolk County Probation Department shall make available for copying the Risk Assessment and Probation Reports filed in connection with the above-entitled matter.
