On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its order on certification dated June 17, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted the appellant leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal and assigned counsel to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 28, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the name "Austin Idenhen, Esq." and substituting therefor the name "Austin Idehen, Esq.".
