Separate applications by the respondents Lighting Maintenance, Inc., and Laura Huddleston pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 10, 2010.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondents Lighting Maintenance, Inc., and Laura Huddleston to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 7, 2010, and the briefs of the respondents Lighting Maintenance, Inc., and Laura Huddleston must be served and filed on or before that date.
