Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated April 15, 2009, to include a certain document.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the record is enlarged to include the findings of fact and conclusions of law dated December 7, 1989, in an action entitled Siravo v Siravo, commenced in the Supreme Court, Richmond County, under Index No. 5601/87; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 9, 2010, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing that document.
