Application by the appellant Dr. Data Longjohn pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time for all appellants to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 23, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until August 9, 2010, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
