On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 17, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellants-respondents, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 30, 2008, is amended by deleting from the fourth paragraph thereof the words "Elissa Speigel, as temporary administratrix of the Estate of Edward Spiegel, and Elissa Speigel, individually," and substituting therefor the words "the respondent-appellant".
