It is hereby ORDERED that the application is denied and the appeals are dismissed on the ground that the orders sought to be appealed are not orders of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 1112 [a]), and are brought up for review on the appeals from the orders entered October 23, 2009, and October 21, 2009, respectively (see CPLR § 5501 [a] [1]).
