Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Loren D. Lobban, Esq., dated June 8, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the order to show cause granted by Justice Fahey on June 11, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to extend the stay granted by order dated November 10, 2009 is granted, and execution of the judgment is stayed pending determination of the appeal perfected June 18, 2010.
