Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Rebecca A. Crance, Esq., dated May 24, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 24, 2010 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date May 24, 2010 and inserting in place thereof the date September 20, 2010.
Memorandum: The direct appeal should be perfected within the time frame set forth in this order.
